Shipping and Returns
We ship most in-stock items
within 2 -3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and on
occasions when we can't, we'll let you know. We ship to 48 continental states
in
Shipping costs are
determined by package weight and the distance. All orders are shipped via either
Fedex Ground Service, or UPS Ground Service.
Air shipping available upon request. Any
orders totaling $200.00 or more ship free.
You may return defective
generic or remanufactured products for exchange or refund within 30 days after
receipt. RMA number is required for all return packages. For all defective OEM
products the customer shall file a warranty claim with the Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM) in accordance with the OEM warranty procedure. All
non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer
will be responsible for return shipping costs
Packing and Shipping of
items for return
You can pack and send your
return to us in just few simple steps:
1.
Contact
Customer Service at 1-847-398-5212 and obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA);
2.
Pack
the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip or
receipt;
3.
Write
the RMA number that was given to you outside the shipping box for
identification;
4.
Mail
the package back to Correct-Tek Copier Service. Call 1-847-398-5212 for Address info.
